These terms govern your use of the PepSync website (peptidecalcs.com) and the PepSync iOS app, provided by Much Ado Studio (Sydney, Australia).
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using PepSync, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. Educational use only — not medical advice
PepSync provides educational calculation and protocol-organization tools. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a dose, verify a product, or replace guidance from a licensed clinician, pharmacist, pharmacy, or product label. You are responsible for verifying every calculation, label, diluent instruction, storage requirement, and dose with an appropriate professional before relying on any result. PepSync is not for emergencies — if you need medical help, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PepSync on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
PepSync offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to PepSync, and don't use it unlawfully.
6. Accuracy and “as is”
We work to keep PepSync accurate, but we can't guarantee every result, article, or feature is complete, current, or error-free. PepSync is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Much Ado Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use of or reliance on PepSync.
8. Apple
These terms are between you and Much Ado Studio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You represent that you are not in a US-embargoed country or on a prohibited-parties list.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted, and continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
