Per-compound reconstitution
Each compound is calculated on its own — different vials, different concentrations, different draws. Use these references, then run your exact numbers on each compound's calculator.
Semax reference
U100 units to draw for each common Semax dose, by vial size, reconstituted with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water. Change the water volume in the calculator above to recompute for your own setup.
| Vial | Concentration | 300 mcg | 600 mcg | 1 mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 1.67 mg/mL | 18 u(0.18 mL) | 36 u(0.36 mL) | 60 u(0.6 mL) |
| 10 mg | 3.33 mg/mL | 9 u(0.09 mL) | 18 u(0.18 mL) | 30 u(0.3 mL) |
| 30 mg | 10 mg/mL | 3 u(0.03 mL) | 6 u(0.06 mL) | 10 u(0.1 mL) |
Educational reference only — not a dose recommendation. Units assume a U100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL on U-100). Always confirm against your own vial, diluent, and clinician or pharmacy instructions.
Selank reference
U100 units to draw for each common Selank dose, by vial size, reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. Change the water volume in the calculator above to recompute for your own setup.
| Vial | Concentration | 250 mcg | 500 mcg | 750 mcg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 2.5 mg/mL | 10 u(0.1 mL) | 20 u(0.2 mL) | 30 u(0.3 mL) |
| 10 mg | 5 mg/mL | 5 u(0.05 mL) | 10 u(0.1 mL) | 15 u(0.15 mL) |
Educational reference only — not a dose recommendation. Units assume a U100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL on U-100). Always confirm against your own vial, diluent, and clinician or pharmacy instructions.
Running the two together
Semax and Selank are often used on the same days, sometimes Semax earlier and Selank later, but each is reconstituted and measured on its own. Because both are commonly used intranasally, many people reconstitute to a concentration that gives a convenient per-spray volume rather than a syringe draw — the calculator returns the per-dose mL either way.
- Both compounds: injectable or intranasal, same concentration math
- Calculate each separately — different vial sizes and doses
- For nasal use, convert the per-dose mL to drops for your specific bottle
Concentration for nasal vs injectable use
If you intend to use a nasal spray, pick a reconstitution volume that puts a single spray near your target dose, since spray bottles deliver a fixed volume per actuation. For injection, optimise instead for a readable number of syringe units. The reference tables above show the injectable units; the underlying per-dose volume is the number you would convert to drops.
- Nasal: tune concentration to your bottle's per-spray volume
- Injection: tune concentration for clean U-100 unit marks
- Same vial, same math — only the delivery differs
