GHRP-2 dose calculator

Use this GHRP-2 calculator to convert vial strength and BAC water volume into a precise draw. GHRP-2 is a growth-hormone-releasing peptide with a strong GH response and milder hunger effect than GHRP-6; this page covers the math only.

Quick math example

A 5 mg vial mixed with 2 mL gives 2,500 mcg/mL. A 100 mcg dose is 0.04 mL, which equals 4 units on a U-100 syringe.

Reconstitution reference

U100 units to draw for each common GHRP-2 dose, by vial size, reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. Change the water volume in the calculator above to recompute for your own setup.

Educational reference only — not a dose recommendation. Units assume a U100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL on U-100). Always confirm against your own vial, diluent, and clinician or pharmacy instructions.

How the GHRP-2 calculation works

GHRP-2 is labelled in milligrams while doses are discussed in micrograms. The calculator converts the vial total to mcg, divides by water volume for concentration, then divides your target by that concentration.

  • 5 mg vial = 5,000 mcg total
  • 5,000 mcg / 2 mL = 2,500 mcg per mL
  • 100 mcg target = 0.04 mL draw

GHRP-2 5 mg vial with 2 mL example

A 5 mg GHRP-2 vial mixed with 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL, or 2,500 mcg/mL.

A 100 mcg dose is 0.04 mL — 4 units on a U-100 syringe. A 200 mcg dose is 0.08 mL, or 8 units.

  • 5 mg / 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL
  • 100 mcg / 2,500 mcg per mL = 0.04 mL = 4 units
  • 200 mcg / 2,500 mcg per mL = 0.08 mL = 8 units

GHRP-2 vs GHRP-6

GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 are close cousins with identical reconstitution math. The practical difference is that GHRP-6 causes a strong hunger response while GHRP-2 is milder on appetite, which is why people choose between them. Calculate each on its own page using your actual vial and water amounts.

  • GHRP-2: strong GH response, milder hunger
  • Same math as GHRP-6 and hexarelin
  • Often paired with a GHRH like CJC-1295

Frequently asked questions

Is GHRP-2 approved as a medicine?+
GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) is used as a diagnostic agent in some regions but is sold as a research peptide elsewhere and is not a broadly approved treatment. This page only explains the reconstitution math.
Should I stack GHRP-2 with CJC-1295?+
GHRP-class peptides are commonly paired with a GHRH like CJC-1295. This page does not advise on protocols; calculate each compound separately so each draw is clear.
Why is the GHRP-2 draw only a few units?+
Typical doses are around 100 mcg, so at common concentrations the draw is just a few syringe units. Use a U-100 insulin syringe, or more BAC water, to make small draws easier to read.
