PepSync is operated by Much Ado Studio, an independent app developer based in Sydney, Australia (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the PepSync website (peptidecalcs.com) and the PepSync iOS app.
The short version
- The web calculator runs entirely in your browser. We don't store your inputs.
- In the app, your protocols, doses, and logs are stored on your device.
- We don't sell your data. We use limited analytics to improve the product.
Information we collect
Website: standard analytics such as page views, device and browser type, referring pages, and approximate (city-level) location, via Google Analytics. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to or stored on our servers.
App: protocol data you create (vials, water, doses, schedules, injection logs) is stored locally on your device. If you enable sync, that data is transmitted in encrypted form. We also collect anonymous diagnostics (crash reports) and usage metrics (device type, OS version, feature usage) to fix bugs and improve the app. Purchase and subscription status is processed by Apple and our subscription provider (see below). If you email us, we receive your message and email address.
Third parties we use
- Apple App Store — app distribution and in-app purchases/subscriptions.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements (receives a pseudonymous app user ID and purchase status, not your protocol data).
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
We share only what these providers need to operate PepSync, and only as required by law.
How we use information
To operate and improve PepSync, fix problems, understand which features and pages are useful, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure.
Medical information
PepSync is an educational calculator and protocol-tracking tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace guidance from a licensed clinician or pharmacy. Please don't send sensitive medical information by email unless you are comfortable doing so.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, and you can delete app data on your device at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights. To make a request, email support@muchadostudio.com.
Children
PepSync is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
