Per-compound reconstitution
Each compound is calculated on its own — different vials, different concentrations, different draws. Use these references, then run your exact numbers on each compound's calculator.
GHRP-2 reference
U100 units to draw for each common GHRP-2 dose, by vial size, reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. Change the water volume in the calculator above to recompute for your own setup.
| Vial | Concentration | 100 mcg | 200 mcg | 300 mcg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 2.5 mg/mL | 4 u(0.04 mL) | 8 u(0.08 mL) | 12 u(0.12 mL) |
| 10 mg | 5 mg/mL | 2 u(0.02 mL) | 4 u(0.04 mL) | 6 u(0.06 mL) |
Educational reference only — not a dose recommendation. Units assume a U100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL on U-100). Always confirm against your own vial, diluent, and clinician or pharmacy instructions.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) reference
U100 units to draw for each common CJC-1295 (no DAC) dose, by vial size, reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. Change the water volume in the calculator above to recompute for your own setup.
| Vial | Concentration | 100 mcg | 200 mcg | 300 mcg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 mg | 1 mg/mL | 10 u(0.1 mL) | 20 u(0.2 mL) | 30 u(0.3 mL) |
| 5 mg | 2.5 mg/mL | 4 u(0.04 mL) | 8 u(0.08 mL) | 12 u(0.12 mL) |
| 10 mg | 5 mg/mL | 2 u(0.02 mL) | 4 u(0.04 mL) | 6 u(0.06 mL) |
Educational reference only — not a dose recommendation. Units assume a U100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL on U-100). Always confirm against your own vial, diluent, and clinician or pharmacy instructions.
How GHRP-2 and CJC-1295 pair
GHRP-2 (a GHRP) and CJC-1295 (a GHRH) act on different pathways for a larger combined GH response, so they are typically dosed at the same time. With two separate vials, each has its own concentration — calculate both, then combine the schedule only.
- Separate vials = separate concentrations and draws
- Dosed together for a combined GH pulse
- Both are small mcg draws — a U-100 syringe helps
Keeping two small draws straight
Both compounds are dosed in the low hundreds of micrograms, so the two draws are small and easy to confuse. The per-compound reference tables above show each at its own concentration; keep them labelled separately and confirm each unit count before drawing.
- Both dosed in mcg — draws are small
- Label each vial and confirm units separately
- More BAC water spreads a small dose across more units
